Please note that these terms do not apply to same-day orders, orders that have already been prepared, or those that have been delivered — due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our floral products.

We take pride in ensuring that every arrangement is designed with care, using fresh flowers and attention to detail. While natural variations and factors such as temperature or delivery conditions may affect the final appearance, we are committed to your satisfaction.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and take appropriate action.
