Delivery Policy
Specific Hours: We DO NOT guarantee deliveries at an exact time. Generally, we can complete the delivery or in-store pickup within four hours of order placement (paid/confirmed order). Our delivery hours are from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
If no one is home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the driver may choose to:

  • Leave the gift in a safe place, such as with a neighbor.

  • Send a message or make a call to the recipient to inform them of the special delivery.
    Contact with the recipient: In some cases, the driver may call the recipient to confirm they will be available to receive the order.
    If we cannot find the address or the recipient: If we are unable to locate the address, recipient, or if the delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our store. The recipient or customer can pick up the order directly from our store. If a new delivery attempt is requested, it will incur an additional cost.
    Request to leave the order at the door: If the customer requests the arrangement to be left at the door, porch, yard, or other areas where the recipient cannot personally receive it, the customer assumes all responsibility. We recommend avoiding such instructions as we are not responsible for lost or damaged products due to these requests.

Pickup:
If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so during our business hours by coordinating in advance via text message at 561-4526805, after your order is confirmed. Once your order is ready for pickup at our location, you will receive a text message from the number 561-4526805 indicating that we will send a message 30 minutes before your arrangement is ready for pickup, as orders are customized and made when the order arrives. If you arrive at our location without receiving notification that your order is ready for pickup, and the arrangement is not ready, you will need to wait.
When picking up your order, a valid ID must be presented to authorize the pickup.
