Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: We are committed to conveying your sincerest emotions in the freshest and most beautiful way possible. However, due to the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, substitutions of equal or greater value may occasionally be necessary. We will always strive to preserve the essence of the original design, considering shape, size, style, and color combinations. For arrangements with a single flower variety, the type of flower will take precedence over its color. For example, if yellow daisies are unavailable, they will be replaced with daisies of a different color, not another type of yellow flower. White and cream roses, as well as peach and pink roses, may also be substituted.
Timely Delivery: For orders intended for special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, if the flowers, accessories, or other requested items are unavailable and we cannot reach you via the provided phone number or email address, we will make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.
Originality and Preparation Time: All photos in our catalog display original works created by us; we do not use images from other florists. All our flowers are natural, so color and arrangement may vary slightly based on the design. Additionally, our boxes are handcrafted for each order.
When you place an order, we need at least 4 hours to prepare and deliver it. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, we do guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe.
In-store Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order at our store, please remember to bring your identification to complete the pickup.

Orders with Edible Products: The customer assumes full responsibility for the purchase and consumption of edible products such as chocolates, cookies, and other items available on our website. GloriNep LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the ingredients in these products. We strongly recommend carefully reading the ingredient list of each product before consuming it to avoid any issues.

Orders with Special Arrangements: Some of our arrangements include items such as sharp objects (wooden sticks, needles, pins), balloons, strings, or large bags. These items are not toys and can cause harm if not handled correctly. We recommend keeping them out of reach of children.
